I have a USB keyboard - NPET K10 - and when I go into Safe Mode in Windows 10 the keyboard simply will not work. As soon as I type 4 to select Safe Mode the keyboard stops funtioning and the LED lights all go out. I have been told that I should load the specific driver for the keyboard, but there isn't one. The company gleefully states that it doesn't need one, and while they provide drivers for their other keyboards, they only have a fairly useless manual with little to no info.
Does anyoen know either how I can get Windows 10 to use this USB keyboard in Safe Mode, know where I can get a driver for the NPET K10, or know a different driver that will work? I have spent a week trying to figure this out...
