[NPP] Quest bug: artefact created twice

I had a vault quest for "The Light Crossbow of Ecthon (x3) (+8,+7)".
The vault was symmetrical to its lateral axis with a small room (2x2)
in the upper left resp. lower left corner, the artefact was in both.

I returned them to the Guild. One was taken from my inventory, I got a
reward and the remaining xbow lost its name but still had the definite
article: "The Light Crossbow (x3) (+8,+7)".

The guild still offered a vault quest, I took it and got immediately
the reward while the remaining xbow was taken from my inventory.

I have a backup of the save file with both artefacts in my inventory
while I'm still in the vault.

Curiosity: What was the reward?

IIRC Sling 'Brandinde' and Kelek's (or was it Mordenkainen's?). The
vault was at ~2850ft.
