I've been having problems with windows recently, so I decided to do a repair install.

There's a clear pattern that before the computer goes into BSOD, Event viewer presents me with a filter manager loaded event and leads to Kernal-Power failure, which is very frustrating.
(File System Filter 'npsvctrig' (10.0, ‎2037‎-‎02‎-‎23T01:11:04.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager.)

Every time windows installer (Setup.exe) is launched, the computer goes into the BSOD with SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION; this error covers a broad range of problems, the best way I can provide more information is via the dump file here.

Additionally, here's my hardware info:
Asrock X470 Sli/Ac
Ryzen 5 2600
EVGA GTX 1060 SSC
G.Skill Sniper X 32GB (8x4)

Any info on what the exact problem is would be appreciated.
