Nsis error on new computer

I've been trying to install a couple programms on my new computer (a week old, with an antivirus), but I keep getting the NSIS Error: Error launching installer, when I try to run the installer.My old laptop, on the othe hand, has no problem downloading and installing it.I tried transfering the file from my laptop to my computer, but it doen't work.Still getting the same error.To a name a few programms in particular, this is happening with Imgburn and Speedfan.Also my regular downloads and torrent aren't corrupted.I checked the official site for help (http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Why_do_I_get_NSIS_Error), but I still have no clue.I'd really appreciate if someone can help me with this.

Found an answer.Just in case anyone has the same problem:Go to control panel, languages and set everything in the same language the OS was installed with.
