I'm about to install NT 4.0 on a new computer with SATA-
disc.
Is there any problem with the installation of NT 4.0
because of the SATA-disc?

No, most SATA controllers are compatible with IDE drivers,
but if yours isn't you must provide a Windows NT SATA
controller driver during setup. Press F6 repeatedly when
you see the "Setup is checking your hardware..." message
before the blue setup screen appears.
