All temperatures are low . Have changed gpu recently problem still presists. i get black screen buzzing sound monitor stops responding and only solution manual shutdown

OS: Windows 7 ultimate sp1 64bit
Mem: 4gb 400Mhz
HDD: 160gb
GPU: ASUS HD 6670 2gb
MB: g41m vs3
CPU: intel core 2 duo e8200

Did you uninstall the old GPU drivers?

i formated and reinstalled windows twice already same problem i think it might be hardware
And my biggest guess would be PSU but i cant really tell for sure and i cant spend money just with guess since i bought new gpu and im short on money at the moment.
Trying to figuring out faulty hardware before wasting more money

Now I found the following by researching this issue and it seems to be the one to try first.
Solution:
Control Panel
View Network status and tasks
Change adapter settings
Right Click -> Properties on LAN
right click Internet Protocol 4
Click properties
Advanced
WINS
Disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP
should of fixed the issue.


Take the GPU out does the intergrated graphics show video and no crash?
Do you have a Mbox or Mbox2 plugged in via USB? If so unplug that and see if you get the BSOD.
Try updating your BIOS then try the following...
Try changing your DRAM voltage if it is to low as well it may be to low. (not likely the issue just check it out).

Addinional info. now this weekend i went to "national lanparty" here and surprsiingly it never crashed while at home it crashed few weeks in row without ant break. i was thinking maybe my electricity installation is at fault. even thought other pc i borrowed didnt vrash my PSU might be really sensitive to that kind of thinking? what you think if thats possible that would help finding solution for me
