No. You cannot reload NT over the top of itself like you can with Win98.
This will break everything and usually leave the system in a non useable
state. If you need to reinstall you typically need to reformat so that
everything will work. You can always install NT into a different partition
and have to bootable installs of NT but that is probably not what your
after. Are you having some sort of problem? Maybe we can help you fix that?
