NTFS,FAT32,RAW partitoin inter Conversion

How to convert in between these 3 partition formats// raw to ntfs , raw to fat.. is it possible.. coz my pen drive has got into raw partition format.. should i discard this pen drive? will it b possible for the pen drive to b converted to ntfs again? i tried using many partition managers.. but in vain plz help.. i don't want the data in it..

It shows cannot format this disk.. and in disk management it shows RAW partiton//

Hey Abhishek1025. That's a bit annoying I guess. Have you tried some ways without using particular software?
