So I've read around on Google and forums for this similar issue and tried a few of the fixes. But what I'm finding is everyone has the ability to sign in and begin the steps or their pc goes through the motions of the auto repair to where they can open advanced settings and troubleshoot. My computer by default (used to have me on desktop in 4 seconds from start up) will start to cycle the Asus tuf logo stutter ( I then watch my mobo quick reset) and it automatically jumps into automatic repair mode.

It cycles through the first part fine but 2 seconds after switching to "Diagnosing Your Computer" my pc blue screens with the error code above but also says "Systems Service Exception Not Handled" and then it reboots and repeats the cycle. Any suggestions how I should proceed? I turned off fast start up as someone suggested but nothing. I know I haven't updated my cpu (amd) because I don't have an ssd drive but do have 2 m.2 name drives but it wouldn't accept it to update. Could that be a potential cause for this? Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Which hardware are you using?
motherboard, drives, cpu, psu, other devices

did you change anything before the problems began?

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the boot priority correctly after that)

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool and if available, update the firmware

Unfortunately I think I figured it out. Kinda glad it's not the whole pc but was hoping it was just a corrupted os file. I flashed a clean install on a USB after formatting both m.2 drives. I took one ram stick out and my better m.2 and was able to complete the clean install. Just introduced second ram stick and still good. I don't wanna risk repeating the whole process so I'll test the 980 pro on my second pc and then if all is good see if it happens again. Thank you for the guidance!
