NTFS to FAT32 Format Issue

Hey, so I wanted to convert my NTFS External Hard Drive to FAT32 so I could backup my PS3 data. But when I go to format it, it says that I cant because these 2 files are over 4GB. Are these files necessary or can I completely remove them from my external hard drive?
P.S. I am using AOMEI Partition Assistant to format my drive. Thank in advance.

How are we supposed to know if your two files are necessary? I don't know what those 4Gb files are and if you need them or not. You need to decide that.

FAT32 does, however, have a file size limitation of 4Gb, that is true. Are you trying to format it with data on it? If so that's a really bad idea and a great way to end up losing data.

I forgot to attach the picture of the 2 files, my mistake. I did however move all the files on the external hard drive to my computer but those 2 files are "hidden system files" so I wanted to know if I could delete those without causing damage to the hard drive.
