ntldr is missing

I got the ntldr is missing message and I tried to used my recovery cd's but my system doesn't reconize the 4th disk and it won't allow me to bypass it. I have a total of 8 cd's and the computer won't give me anymore options. Anyone have any solutions.

Make sure the hdd is the bootdisk in the BIOS
