NTLDR missing - Cntrl Alt Del

I now have this message appears on start up. Tried to boot XP recovery disk and nothing happens. It won't boot up. NTLDR message stays on. Any suggestions please.

either go into bios/uefi and swap the boot priority of the boot drive to the primary boot device.
or open the case and swap the sata leads on your storage.

normaly i get this error if i disconnect the drives and put them back in the wrong order.

Test your hardware, always test your hardware

XP is dead, also get rid of that, if your hardware doesnt support Windows 8/7 time for a new rig

Thanks for that but could you please elaborate on your first suggestion. how do I go into bios/uefi to swap boot priority,

make and model of the motherboard is needed for that info mate as i would need to look it up in the motherboards pdf manual.
