Question Ntoskrnl.exe at random after new parts

Around July of this year I added a new motherboard, cpu, and ram for my PC while keeping my current SSD for my boot and HDD for storage. Ever since then I've been getting the same BSOD at random

(KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED ntoskrnl.exe)

I've tried many solutions from memtest86, windows memory diagnostic, CHKDSK (found 0 errors on all of them), updated my BIOS, and performed a Windows 10 reinstall from a USB device while keeping my apps and data. I checked some drivers and all are updated.

If I'm missing anything or need to provide any more details please let me know. I saved most of the dump files hoping it might help

Keeping your apps and data is not a reinstall. You changed motherboards, you have to do a clean OS install to get rid of your problems.

No. Clean OS is WIPING everything out.
You backup important files and wipe the disk. The registry entries and drivers from your previous motherboard confuse Windows.

The problem with changing motherboard and CPU, and keeping the same OS on an existing SSD, is that the chipset drivers in the OS will be completely wrong for the new motherboard/CPU combination. That's almost certainly why you're getting BSODs. A clean reinstall is (IMO) the only safe way forward.

I was thinking of upgrading my storage devices. Would it be alright if I were to install a fresh new one and install windows on it since it's technically a new PC with the motherboard change?

I currently have an m.2 on my motherboard. When installing a new SSD for a windows 10 reinstallation, should I remove it or will it be formated during installation?
