ntoskrnl.exe Bluescreen Help

I don't even know where to begin...So basically, I have had this problem since I first had this pc around a year or two ago. I have been getting irritating blue screens at the most random times and they cannot be predicted. I have tried almost everything in the book to fix this issue other than replace hardware when I do truly believe that this is not a power supply issue. I will attach the dump file from blue screen but I have searched everywhere for a possible solution and have yet to solve it. I willl just get an error code saying 0x03B. There is not a certain amount of memory, disk space, or power for this to occur. I could be sitting on my desktop with all background tabs closed and it will crash. I could be playing two cpu intensive games at once and it would not crash. It is completely random and I have no idea what to do. Sometimes it will even crash on the lock screen. When I go into event viewer it says critical, Kernal-power, and "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." Now in the beginning I thought it was my power supply to but it makes no sense. If it was my power supply would I even see a blue screen or would it just turn? Also I have a 600w which is not too small for the rig I have. I have tried installing my drivers, run sfc scan, changing my power settings multiple times, turning off fast startup, running memtest which it passed, running a disk test, updating windows, updating my bios, restoring bios to its default, playing around with ram slots, uninstalling sound drivers, everything in the book. If anybody can help my I would really appreciate it. Also something very interesting I would like to point out. After I changed all my advanced power settings, whenever I got the blue screen there would only be just the error code on the page and nothing else. There was no percentage to restart my pc and it would never restart. It was just stuck on that blue screen with that tiny error. Just something to think about.

My specs:
-AMD R9 Sapphire Vapor-X R9 280X Tri-X OC
-AsRock 970 Performance
-AMD FX-8320E
-8GB DDR3 Ram
-111GB SSD(windows os)
-1Tb Western Digital Hard Drive

Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

event 41 is just a reaction to PC shutting down without being turned off normally, Win 10 runs a report at startup and if it finds it wasn't closed right, it creates event 41. Its not a cause.

NTOSKRNL = windows kernel. It handles all driver requests, power management, and memory management. It sits between Hardware and Applications. It got blamed but its not the cause

Thanks for the quick response! I will upload what you requested when it happens again. Just to be sure though, I went to the page and followed all the steps but I went into my past memory dumps and it just was a bunch of gibberish. Here is an example,

Hi, that's the binary form of a dump file. That's what you see when you (incorrectly) open it in Notepad. Notepad isn't meant to read dump files.

Don't paste the dump file information. Upload the actual files.

Reading dump files requires special software (Microsoft Windows Debugger). Upload the dump files (to GoogleDrive, OneDrive, etc) and I or someone else will read the dump files for you.

Do you know how to undo the open with notepad? I can't find a way around changing its default application and therefore I cannot upload the files.

It doesn't matter if you associated .dmp files with Notepad. It won't hurt anything and you can leave that alone. You can still upload the dmp files. Don't double click on the files.

Copy the files to your Documents folder (or Desktop).
Go here: https://www.sendspace.com/
Drag and drop the files to the webpage.
Hit the Upload button at the bottom.

Under the Download Page Link hit the Copy Link button.
Hit reply in here and in the editor, right click and choose paste so we can download the file(s).

I ran the dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/nvK9.html

File: 032218-14187-01.dmp (Mar 22 2018 - 17:39:49)
BugCheck: [PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)]
Probably caused by: ntkrnlmp.exe (Process: opera.exe)
Uptime: 0 Day(s), 1 Hour(s), 07 Min(s), and 50 Sec(s)

File: 031818-13218-01.dmp (Mar 18 2018 - 23:09:01)
BugCheck: [SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3B)]
Probably caused by: memory_corruption (Process: audiodg.exe)
Uptime: 0 Day(s), 1 Hour(s), 24 Min(s), and 24 Sec(s)

Motherboard: https://pste.eu/p/nvK9.html
I think you have the latest version of BIOS installed for your system.

I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.

Well thanks for you help anyways but do you think the audio driver could have caused it?

opera error could be caused by LAN drivers, see if updating to latest here helps - http://www.realtek.com.tw/Downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&Langid=1&Level=5&PFid=5&PNid=13

audiodg.exe is Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation, might be caused by sound drivers - try updating to latest Realtek here: https://www.tenforums.com/drivers-hardware/5993-latest-realtek-hd-audio-driver-version.html

Anything older than July 2015 isn't a win 10 driver and might cause problems.
might want to update mice drivers, the elecom ones are from 2010
web cam software from shiningmorning inc (http://www.shiningmorning.com/) is dated 2012
T_mouse drivers dated 2012 - iBall mouse

update/remove iobit malwarefighter until we find the cause

So I installed the Ethernet LAN driver but the audio driver wont open when I click on it. I extracted the file with winrar and clicked on API Realtek updater but it never opens. Is there something else I need to be opening? Also my desktop does not have any sort of a web cam so idk what I am supposed to do with that one. And I searched for my elecom mouse drivers but I really don't know what i am doing. There are a million different drivers but none of them are straight forward and tell me if it is compatible with my mouse and OS. Sorry for being a scrub but I need a little more guidance if that is possible.

Thanks

Try getting Audio from realtek direct, it should be same file though - http://www.realtek.com.tw/Downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3

vasdDev.sys - ShiningMorning Virtual Audio Streaming Driver is/was what i thought was a web cam, as the company does produce something called Magic Camera, this file is meant to be part of it.

I had not heard of Elecom before so I didn't even know they made mice and seemingly everything else
- http://www.shouldiremoveit.com/ELECOM-MOUSE-DRIVER-44848-program.aspx

Its not easy working out what some of these drivers are :)

So should I uninstall the elecom driver? Also do you think any other program or driver could be causing this issue?

are you still getting bsod? If so, give us the dumps relating to them. I would only remove elecom drivers if you getting errors.

I pick on old drivers as they more likely to be cause than newer ones. I don't know if they are the cause.

If we remove all the old drivers and you still getting bsod, there are other tests we can run to flush out the cause.

I will do so but I doubt its because of that because I still got them when I was on windows 7.

If you had same errors on win7 and updated the install to win 10 without a clean install inbetween, then yes, I can see the errors repeating.

One fix is a clean install as it forces windows to get all new drivers. Its not the easiest answer but can be the quickest, compared to wasting time trying to find the least painful answer.

download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished

On the screen where you choose where to install win 10, if it gives you an error about GPT drives, delete all the partitions on the hdd and press next. If it still gives error, cancel out of the installer and restart PC and start installer again, it will accept next on that screen this time (some PC just need a restart here).

Well it seem that non of this really matters anymore because after clean installing windows I decided to update everything in my pc including my bios and basically destroyed my motherboard. I tried the windows version of the bios update and everything completely froze so I waited for a bit then restarted and now all I get it a completely black screen with the rest of my computer on and functioning. I really don't think theres a way to come back from this considering I have tried reseting CMOS, jump starting my motherboard, and replugging my ram. If anyone has a reasonable suggestion I would really appreciate it but other than that this is officially done. Thank you to everybody that tried to help.

Only reasonable suggestion i give is take it to a shop and see if they can fix it.

There are always risks with updating BIOS but most of the time it works. Some motherboards have 2 bios but it doesn't appear yours does.

Sorry to hear it end like this.
