your failure rate in software is much higher than what would be expected with 1 memtest failure in 9 passes.
I would fix the software issues and see if that fixes most of your problems. Heck, for the hardware failure you can just do a system shutdown (not sleep) and most of the time you would not likely hit the problem.
so, fix the driver issues, and see if the system is good enough.
-------------
any failure in memtest86 is bad news but that being said, if you ran 9 passes before hitting a failure then your failure rate is pretty low. Just looking at the most current memory dump on the other hand, your system bugchecked in a hour and has overclocking and dozens of drivers that can be causing problems.
your system is pretty old, so you are unlikely to get any more BIOS updates.
I would just remove any questionable drivers (your overclocking driver)
Colasoft Capsa 7 Free Network Toolset driver
CSN5PDTS82x64.sys
I would look for a update or remove any of the asus drivers I could:
SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\ASACPI.sys Wed Jul 15 20:31:29 2009
SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\AsIO.sys Mon Aug 03 00:03:16 2009
SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\AsUpIO.sys Sun Jul 05 19:21:38 2009
I would remove this overclocking driver( until I figured out the cause of my bugchecks)
C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\RTCore64.sys Sun Mar 10 22:32:06 2013
find out what this driver is for🙁update or remove)
\SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Capsax64Drv0.sys Wed Apr 22 03:38:03 2009
remove this driver
Colasoft Capsa 7 Free Network Toolset driver
\SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\CSN5PDTS82x64.sys Wed Apr 22 03:38:03 2009
(likely to cause a problem with any modern antivirus program)
update this network driver:
Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 PCI-E Ethernet Controller
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\L1E62x64.sys Sat Aug 22 22:08:09 2009
likely to cause problems for nvidia streaming software and modern virus scanning programs.
look here for update (L1E driver) https://www.atheros.cz/
