ntoskrnl.exe BSOD on my laptop

I have been getting BSOD each time I run an antivirus on my laptop.I have tried both ESET and Avast and even Malwarebytes but the same thing happens
Laptop specs:
HP Pavilion dv3,
Intel Core i5,
ATI Mobility Radeon Premium Graphics,
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Hi, if your HP system have "No Execute Mode Memory Protection" technology then disable the option in system BIOS.
