Ntoskrnl.exe BSOD Win7 corrupt?

Hello community. I am having some bizarre Blue screen crashes and they mostly resort back to this Ntoskrnl.exe file. Can anyone assist me on how I can fix this or peruse my .dmp files and help me diagnose the problem. Thanks!

Note: I have attempted to replace the corrupt file with my Win7 CD but when I attempt to use the Recovery option it says my CD is running a different version of Win7 than what I have installed. So i guess if I ever updated my Win7 that I can no longer use the original Win7 Disc as they are different versions now. That's pretty lame if you ask me.

Note2: I was able to repair my startup, but when I booted my system to boot my CD i had 2 options to boot from for my optical drive. I had not attempted the same option of which I had problems with before.

Computer will BSOD while editing mainly and its becoming an issue. My computer is very new. I've had this computer for over 4 months now and the BSOD started about 2 weeks ago. It happens once a day maybe. Or sometimes it wont happen for a day. I have no idea what it could be. It recently just crashed while I was browsing.

Reinstalled Win 7 and have installed drivers, anti virus, firefox and it BSOD on me.
