[SOLVED] ntoskrnl.exe BSOD

Hello, my pc has recently crashed twice and from the minidump logs it appears that its because of ntoskrnl.exe. please help how can i fix this

RYZEN 5 2600, XFX RX 580 GTS, 16GB DDR4 Corsair LPX VENGEANCE 3000MHZ RAM, 250GB KINGSTON SSD, 2TB WD HDD, ASROCK B450 GAMING K4 and PSU COOLERMASTER MASTERWATT LITE 500W. 1 time it crashed when i was playing, dont remember for the other times (terrible memory) but it doesnt happen when just watching videos or that stuff

btw i saw a post on microsoft support that said when he updated his/her bios memory diagnostic didnt recognize a hardware problem. btw yes sorry i forgot to mention i did a memory diagnostic and it found a hardware problem

the preinstalled bios wasnt recommened for pinnacle ridge aka my cpu's ridge, so i updated to 3.40 instead of 3.50 which was the preinstalled

memory diagnostic takes like 20 mins and i dont have time for it today (i live in GMT+2 fyi)
