NTIOLib_X64.sys could just be part of MSI Live update 6 if you have that installed.
Is ram running in an XMP setting, see if running it default makes any difference;. I see motherboard supports 3466 which is close to the 3467 its running the ram at.
IRQ errors can be drivers or ram, the error isn't telling me which. Post any more dumps if you get another error.
