Can I delete those from C:\windows?I have many many of them.

Hi,

Yes, you can. They are there in case you want to uninstall any particular
hotfix. This is only normally done if your system has an issue with some
update. If you aren't having any, you can delete the uninstall folders.

Hi,

Security updates, critical updates, updates, update rollups, drivers,
and feature packs installs files to this folder. This to support
migration to the appropriate files if you later install a hotfix or
service pack that includes earlier versions of these files.

You should not delete the content in the folder $hf_mig$.
