NUbuntu.org Gone?

Greetings,
Just wondering if anyone knows what has happened to nUbuntu.org?
I haven't visited the site for a few months, when I visited erlier today, it's closed!

It was shut down long ago, no explanation.

in the mean time, there are other distro you can use like BackTrack.

Shows how far out of touch I have been!
I do use BackTrack (and Pentoo), I just (try to) keep an eye on other projects that I've used in the past; looks like I've been shut-away from the real world way too long.
