Question Number recognition software?

Hello,
I need software that can recognize numbers on screen and after he recognize he does action like "click there".
I need something like this;i go to one site, and there in one game number slowly changing from 1.1 to 99.9. Now I need software to recognize let's say 41.1, and after he sees that number he click on one button lets naem it "shoot".
I know there are automatic clicker programs, but they don't have number recognition.
Is something like this exists, or can something like this be made?
Is there better place for this tread?
