Hi Mert Beran
Welcome to the Toms Forums, sorry its an error that brings you. it works at password screen? that sounds like a software error and the surest way I know to verify that is to try it in a different envorinment, like linux.
Boot to a USB drive with linux on it. grab a USB drive, a copy of rufus and a linux distribution.

Reboot into linux and proceed to test the hardware. connect to internet, watch videos, await problems.
if linux is good and stable the issue is most likely inside windows or otherwise software related.
this is a test of the hardware.

boot to the drive and see how linux treats the keyboard. alternately you could move the keyboard to another device and test all the keys. laptop, tablet, anything with the right port.

if the keyboard checks out it HAS to be an issue in the software residing in windows, a driver conflict, something is disabling the keyboard after login.
