Question Numbers button not working on External Keyboard

Please help. I have a wired external keyboard connected to my HP Envy laptop. I bought this because three letter keys on my HP are no longer working. Anyways, the top row number buttons on my external keyboard are not working. Neither as the Print Screen and Delete Button. The Number button on the right side of the external keyboard DOES work.

Been desperately searching for answers to no avail, i hope someone can help me here. I tried turning ON and OFF the Mouse Keys, but still not working.

PS: I have been using this external keyboard for five years now and is working perfectly until yesterday.

I wish i have one. But the HP keyboard works fine with the number on top and on the right. May have something to do with Accessibility since i went to that page yesterday but afraid to make some changes now. May do more harm than good.

Just strange that the top numbers and print screen, delete, end, Ins Hm, buttons are not working but the rest are working. I guess i may have to buy an external keyboard. Would you recommend a wireless external keyboard? Wouldn't that slow down my laptop?

Not really will slow down laptop and you have to charge keyboard every so often but many wireless keyboards will let you use USB and charge at same time. Or one day you could get laptop repaired for the keyboard!

Benfits are less clutter on desk and less cables but downside is that you have to charge it but you can plug and play on them.

The reason i ask because i used to have a wireless external keyboard. It slowed down my live streaming like watching videos, downloading etc. I cannot afford to buy a new computer right now. so a wireless external keyboard I will get.
