Numpad 1-9NOT WORKING

After I re-installed Windows 7 a second time my numpad keys from 1-9 except the / and *. Everithing else is not working even if i activate Numlock.

Oh and i forgot to mention 0-9, Enter, - ,+. Those aren't working either.
