Nvdia card showing artifacts, freezes pc and restarts.

Hello to all. First my config
Intel i5 3570
Msi gtx 750ti oc
WD 1tb hdd (2x)
450w Corsair Psu
Asus h61m-k mobo
hyper x fury 4gb x 2 ram (ddr 3 1866mhz)

So the problem is that suddenly the screen is full of artifacts and the pc freezes and restarts. Things i tried:-
1. Uninstall drivers using DDU and clean install of latest driver from msi as well as nvidia - FAILED

2. Re install windows 10, both latest may creators update release as well as old 2015 version of win 10 - FAILED

3. Install windows 7 - FAILED

4. Clean cpu and re apply thermal paste on cpu - FAILED

5. Install only graphic driver and physx driver by customly selecting this two and not installing 3d vision and nvdia audio while installing nvidia drivers. - FAILED.

Note that the problem doesnot happen in safe mode or when the nvidia graphic driver is completely uninstalled.

What should i do now? Any solution? I am fed up.

1. Verify that the card is not working, in another pc if possible.
2. go buy a new one if it is

gpu temp? test it with a better psu?

Remove GPU, install windows using the Intel graphics. Install GPU and see what happens?

Sounds like a dying card. Might try flashing it with new firmware just to see.

Power is possible as well. If the computer isn't stable without the GPU it points to the PSU.
