Question NVDIA HDMI text display hurt eyes

Hey, is this a resolution issue? Seems like the text are weird and it hurts my eyes.

I wanted to attach screenshots, but I can’t seem to do it here. Basically text behind white background displays text in a way that Is not clear but behind black background it’s more clear.

Lower sharpness/edge enhancement settings (with buttons on monitor).
