Nvidea geforce 210 problems

Hello, I have just bought the above graphic card to run 2 monitors on my PC (lenovo h30) it takes a while for the screens to appear on start up and then I log into to windows (8.1) the screens both go black upon log in then my desktop appears and goes black again and then returns to the log into windows page? Any ideas are welcome its so frustrating!!

What's the resolution of your setup? The GeForce 210 supports up to 2560x1600. If you go over that in any direction, expect to see problems.

I can't get as far as checking the resolition the log in screens are fine it literally logs in freezes and then goes back to the log in screen

Do you know both screens' native resolutions? Just add them up (horizontally) because they will start native.

That adds up to 3840 x 1080, way over the GeForce 210's range.
The GeForce GT 720 however, is able to run up to 3840 x 2160 (at 30Hz) and the GTX 750 supports 4096 x 2160 (at 60Hz) if you consider an upgrade.

OK I understand thank you very much, one more question, could I run one screen from the graphic card (HDMI) and one from the motherboard (VGA) ?

No, for two reasons: you can't run screens from both GPUs and you can't mix digital and analogue connections. You can can run HDMI and DVI-D or DVI-I (in digital mode) together on the same card however.

No, you can't.
Naturally, because the 210 is a 6 year old card. It's the grandfather of the current generation cards(great great great great grandfather, actually).

If you aren't gaming, but only need the resolution, you could get by with the GT 720, which also supports 3840x2160. Otherwise you need a really highend card like the 980Ti for 4K gaming.
