The whole "robot avartars" thing needs work.

This is something better suited to AR, IMO. Then, you can setup cameras and project the participants, enabling them to actually see each others' faces and eyes.

The robot avatar thing looks so cool. This will definitely go with AR technology more than VR. But thats just MY opinion so no hate please!

Agreed. It does look cool.

I'm just thinking about how this would actually be used in a business setting, and there I think it would be more valuable to see the other parties (even if they're wearing bulky hololens-style HMDs).
