i ve read here that working on 99/100 % of gpu is quite normal...but my regular use of my gpu for gaming is 24 to 72 hrs constantly...is safe to use on this high no of gpu usage 99% ?

Yes.

You should stress test it for about an hour, if temps are below 95 (which they should be)
youre fine. (I would suggest furmark for stress testing gpus)

my gpu's temp is normal, i was asking about its hardware work out which shows 99 to 100 percent right in the start of the game..
i love to play game thats why i play for many hours sometimes

Yes, as long as the temperatures are fine, no need to worry about extended use.
