I have been having this issue with my EVGA Geforce GTX 660. It usually happens when I'm playing a game while a youtube video is paused in the background. I have researched and tried many of the things. From setting the timings for the memory sticks, changing power management option, reseating the graphics card, buying a new cooler, cleaning the driver with driver sweeper and installing various types of display drivers and many more. After implementing these steps and using 331.93 did show a decrease in number of driver stopping error. But I just want to totally get rid of this error. I wanted to try increasing the voltage mentioned in youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGvEKYvf3Ac). Is this okay to try? My last resort is just getting a replacement. Let me know if you guys see a problem!!
Thank you!!!!

The pictures below will show the MSI Afterburner monitoring pictures and logs. The error occurred in one of the two sudden drops in the blue square(core clock and memory clock in the top picture) . Below the monitoring pictures are the logs. The highlighted sections refer to the two sudden drops. (During gameplay, league of legends)

Solution
if you have reinstalled drivers and you get the same problem belive me you will want to look replacing it.
have you tested the gpu on a other computer?
overvolting the gpu no make it stable?come on seriously.
if the core voltage drops randomly it might be the voltage regulators on the gpu.if they are unstable?
have you checked the voltages on the gpsu?maybe the voltage drops are caused buy the psu.

Solution

so are you saying that I can try the steps in the youtube link I posted?
He changes the BIOS settings voltage from 1V to 1.03V I believe. Is this safe to do?

you can try it if it doesent fix you know what to do.

Nothing really solved the problem, but I just RMA'd it and shipped it today.

I had this problem and solve it by removing my card GForce GT 630 and remove all dust from fan. Put it back and bingo!! no more error messages. Working great! Also I installed the latest driver.
