Nvidia + 60hz monitor or AMD + Freesync 60Hz Monitor?

Hi. I'm wondering if I need to bother to get a Freesync Monitor or not? I wanna game on 1080p and my choice will be a Used Gtx 1060 6GB/ New Gtx 1050ti for below $200 and an entry level AOC monitor for $110 or a $140 Samsung Freesync Monitor and an RX 570 4Gb around $200.

Corsair VS450W. No esports titles. Some story driven single player old AAA games mostly.

Yeah. Its kinda cheaper that way. If I can get the Gtx 1060 6GB then maybe I'll go for that. Thanks. for the time answering.
