660 > 7850 > 650ti.

additionally, the Nvidia cards have PhysX if that is an attraction for you. However the 7850 overclocks like a demon, and is a decent card too.

How much is your budget? 650 Ti BOOST is the closest counterpart for AMD 7850. Non-boost is more like a HD 7770 counterpart.
