Question NVIDIA 750 TI

I have dual monitor set up for my desktop both connected to the GPU of NVDIA 750 TI, the main display using DVI cable with resolution 1680x1050 while the 2nd display using VGA cable with resolution 1280x1024, every time I shutdown/restart my Pc the 2nd display become the primary, it goes automatically during the boot process then the windows sign in window cannot be seen due to Cannot be display this video mode "optimum resolution 1280x1024", when i unplug the vga cable and plug in into to the motherboard port theirs no problem, does anyone experienced this?
