Yeah a COOLER MASTER Silent Pro 700W will be able to run a 780ti. As Coolermaster are a respectable brand and should handle the load fine.

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 780 Ti graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 600 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 42 Amps or greater and that has at least one 6-pin and one 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical factor.

I wouldn't go as far as calling Coolermaster a respected brand when it comes to power supplies as they have as just many garbage units as they do quality units. The silent Pro series is one of their better models and should be just fine
