Its 650 watts its a no name since i just bought an hp workstation to upgrade. I would say that the psu not powering the graphics card enough is the reason i lag in games, my other system specs are an intel xeon e5440 2.83ghz 4 core 12 mb cache, 4gb ddr2 FB DIMMS
If you don't have enough power going to the card, it won't just be slow, it won't work at all or be crashing soon after you turn on the computer.
The lag is either from a game you are trying to run at too high settings for the CPU and video card, or something else. NOT how much power you have feeding the video card. More wattage to the video card does not equal things like more power to a car engine, it either has enough power to run, or it does not and it won't.
