Hi, I installed afterburner after doing some googling and even at the lowest resolutions with all options off the fan and graphic card temp goes through the roof in certain games... even in some 8bit indie pixel games it will do the same thing, lol?
the temp will rise above 90degrees and the fan sounds like the computer is going to explode. what is this? the frame rate is 100% smooth. I know in some games you can 'limit max framerate' which seemed to stop it from letting itself go crazy... so maybe that's what it is? it's trying to just force the card to run 100% ?
is there any way i can try to ''limit max frames'' externally outside of a game that doesn't have that option or something like that? so it doesn't just haywire... i still don't understand this problem or why that if the frames are fluid it still shoots the temp/fan into overdrive.
Help appreciated thanks
