Im building my first PC and all i need to complete it is a graphics card and monitor. There is a fantastic deal on a Dell 27" 1440p, 144hz G-sync monitor for $445 that I just bought, but that would mean the g-sync would make me stuck with Nvidia cards. I was planning on buying a gtx 1070 or 1080, but now I am wondering if i should return the monitor and wait for Vega cards to come out, and then buy a freesync one. I WOULD hang onto my g-sync monitor and wait for Vega and then return it or keep it depending on how good and cheap Vega is, but the return policy for the monitor at best buy is only 15 days, so i kind of have to make a decision now. I dont want to pass up this amazing deal on the monitor (only 2 day sale) but i will if people think that it would be worth it to wait for Vega because it'll be around as cheap as a 1070 but for the performance of a 1080ti or something. Any advice please help. (P.S. i know its my decision, please dont throw a useless generalized "its up to you man" comment).
