The 1100 series will be Volta based and is likely to stick with 16nm.

Not sure where you heard all this ?!!

I hope Nvidia do not 'crush' AMD. It will be a very sad day for us, the consumers if they ever do...

Nvidia isn't going to crush AMD. It's been said over and over that nvidia would crush AMD for years, and it's never happened. Don't expect it to happen now.

AMD is going to be releasing new GPUs next year anyways.
