Nvidia card causing no boot

Installed invidia card in pc. On power up pc did not boot. Just beeped for three seconds over and over again. I removed the card and tried to start pc. No beeps, no boot, just black screen. So I powered off and tried again without the card, same problem my pc doesn't boot. Is it fried? It never had a card to begin with.

hello... provide more info... re- check connections... re- seat ram... did ya move your video cable?

I removed the ram earlier and re-seated it. Working fine now.
