So when I play intense games like GTA V, I play GTA V on all high except textures which is on normal. FPS is about 90-100 I think. So when I play GTAV for like 10 minutes my graphics card starts to get really hot. It shows like 50-60C on Hardware Monitor and Nvidia System Monitor, but it get's really fucking hot when I touch the back circuit area, so hot that I literally can't touch it for long, if I keep playing my entire case gets hot. PSU, HDD and SSD are all freezing cold because they are all in front of a case fan, but the PC case uppder side with the MOBO and GTX card are all very hot.

MOBO: ASUS H81-Plus
GFX: Nvidia GTX 670 2Gb
CPU: i3-4340 not OC.

I had CPU get like 60C when playing GTAV, but I put Nvidia settings and PC settings to performance and went down to 40-45C while playing GTAV.

Solution
Don't touch that! *slaps hand*

Your temperatures are pretty normal. Infact they are pretty good.

You should worry if you CPU goes above ~80c, and if your GPU goes above ~90c.

I usually determine if my GPU is overheating by touching it rather than watching temps. I mean 50C shouldn't be cooking my case right? I realize my temps are fine on paper, but is it normal that it's cooking the case and I can feel hot air when I put my hand inside the case.

No, your case is fine.

It's very very normal for a computer to generate heat when under load. This is why we buy nice fans and fancy water coolers.
The colder your pc is, the better.

You should see how hot some old graphics cards got. 90c and over.
