Okay so I had a code 45 on my graphics card saying it wasn't connected when trying to install new drivers and getting NVIDIA's installation cannot continue error. So I look up how to fix this and legit every single site says to uninstall my driver and try to reinstall it. So obviously I create a system restore point, it finishes and says it created it. Then I run DDU in safe mode and clean and restart it. Still can't install drivers, it's no longer in device manager at all and even better ALL system restore points were deleted. There were 2 of them when i created the one before and now I don't have my NVIDIA driver available, I can't install any drivers because it still won't detect my card, and my system restore points are gone. So am I just shit out of luck in getting my card detected again or something? Will resetting PC but keeping personal files bring the card back? Or am I going to have to go to factory settings?
More information: GeForce GT 750m for laptops, installed windows 10 and as far as I know before the upgrade my card was being detected fine, afterwards it's got Code 45 can't access GeForce Experience and can't be detected.
I tried a reset keeping personal files but it still does not detect my NVIDIA graphics card. I really do not want to have to do a factory reset and lose ~800gb of data.
