Question NVIDIA control panel is not recognizing projector

Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1060
Projector: CiBest Mini LED
Windows 10

Tried connecting via hdmi cord and the same cord plus an active hdmi to usb-c converter. Projector connected to the computer once via the default windows display adapter, which happened when the projector was the only display and the computer was rebooted. Projector, cord and converter have all worked with several different laptops and a switch. All drivers are updated.

I know you probably have but I have to start from somewhere, have you used detect button in display settings?
