In the Nvidiacontrolpanel is the new option: low latency mode
with 3 options: off, on, ultra.

off = allows gpu to prerender multiple pictures.
on = allows gpu to prerender one picture.
ultra = completly minimize prerendered frames.

So when option on allows one prerendered frame, how many prerendered frames does off allow?
What number are we talking about, 3, 30, 60, how do i find the value, or where did you find out?

My monitor is 2560x1440 165Hz
Dont know if i should use option off or on.
Also i dont know if i should set my max fps to 165 or 300.
My guess 300 will make it look smooth, while 165 equals to refreshrate.

It's either single double or triple buffer, so 1 2 or 3 pre rendered frames, they used to have this as a separate setting.
Use ultra no pre rendered frames means that you will get every frame the GPU can render onto the monitor for maximum performance.

That means you call the pre rendered frames, "frame buffer"?
I found an option: pre rendered virtual reality single pictures, this is only for VR ?

As i understood, option ultra has the best-shortest input delay while option off would focus on rendering most possible fps

guess I was wrong and it was 1 2 3 and 4 or what the game itself used.
Yes pre rendered frames are a buffer so if there is a delay in a frame it can use one from the buffer to tie things over.
Ultra should have no delays you get the picture as soon as the GPU can send it to the display.

in the nvidia control panel explenation they says,

ultra is focused on shortest input delay (mouse+keyboard, lag, reactiontime).
off is focused on rendering most possible fps .

Now how do i choose, off gives me 300 stable FPS in csgo.exe
But ultra will make my reaction closer to real-time because the hardware and software reacst faster to me when moving for example my mouse or klick a button.
+ultra sends the frames directly to the GPU.

While off would pre-render "some amount of frames" and make them ready beaing sent to the GPU.

If i want Quality on my monitor, means a good very detailed picture with ultra settings, and fastest possible refresh rate, should i choose GPU or CPU+GPU ?
off or ultra ?
