Nvidia Control Panel Missing Options

In the Nvidia Control panel there are very few options, I have provided a screenshot.

I'm on a desktop not on a laptop so it's not because of the power saving feature
also I've already tried Display Drive Uninstaller and reinstalled my display drivers directly from the Nvidia website, and I have tried disabling and re-enabling the graphics card on the device manager.

My graphics card is the ASUS GTX 1080Ti OC Edition 11Gb.

Perhaps I'm just being silly but shouldn't there be a performance tab with controls for the fans and overclocking?

No. Overclocking features were removed many, many versions ago.

This is good news, I was thinking that I may have to reinstall windows to fix it but now I can just relax.
