Question Nvidia Control Panel no where to be found

Running Windows 10 home premium. I cannot find Nvidia Control Panel. Here is the thing though I can find it on my admin account, but I made an account for my friend, which is a standard user, and that is where this problem started. It is like it doesn't even exist on the standard user account. My GPU drivers are completely up to date. Things I have tried: Right clicking on the desktop. Going to C drive>Program Files>Nvidia Corporation. Going to control panel to change Nvidia Control Panel to visible. In all three cases it is nowhere to be seen like not even listed. Any help would be appreciated, and if anyone needs more info let me know.

I wouldn't know, which is why I ask:

Is there not an installation option to make the Control Panel app available to all users, instead of it inheriting the permissions from the admin installation?

I don't know. I looked online to see if I could download the Nvidia control panel somewhere but nowhere to been found. I haven't been a standard user in a long time so I can't remember if this is normal.

Have you done a DDU? (Display driver unistall) and a new clean u stall of the drivers?
