Nvidia Control Panel Not Opening Windows 10

I just upgraded to windows 10 from 8.1. In windows 8.1 I could open nvidia control panel but now I can not. I need to re-size my second monitor. I have the windows 10 nvidia drivers. Thanks in advance!

Try using this: Driver uninstaller
And then reinstall the drivers freshly. Might help, might not. Worth the try. Also restart the PC after you do this.

It is Day 1 for Windows 10. Expect bugs.
