My Nvidia Control Panel won't open, it would just tell me that Nvidia settings are not available, that I'm not using a display attached to an Nvidia GPU.
I've tried re-installing Nvidia 376.19 Drivers, but still doesn't work and tells me the same thing.
Already tried updating to latest Drivers, rolling back Drivers, rebooting, removing the GPU then putting it back in, putting the GPU in a different PCIe slot, changing the cables for it, etc, still nothing. I completely removed Intel Graphics and still nothing.
If you guys were wondering, I use a GTX 1060.

Sadly true...it's like nvidia pulled an AMD (HD3000/4000 series era)on there drivers as of late. Makes me cry as they use to kill it on their drivers. I would try to run DDU in safe mode then reinstall the last driver that worked properly. Doing a straight clean install is not always enough to fix it. linked below just choose the latest version at the bottom of the page but before the forum posts.

I recently got this computer/graphic card , so i dont have a "last driver that worked properly"
