Nvidia control panel only going up to 60Hz

I have a 144Hz monitor and I plugged it in on HDMI, I was only getting 120Hz in my options so I changed to display port and the monitor now allows me to set 144Hz.

But I noticed my games had gone from 120 FPS cap to 60, on overwatch the resolution only let me get 1080*60.

I looked in the Nvidia control panel and it only lets me set it up to 60Hz.

What can I do to change this?

I have reinstalled drivers and it has now gone to 120Hz again.
I don't know what else could be causing it.

In the "display" main group, go down to change resolution. Under your list of resolution options, there's a button that says "customize". All the magic happens there.
