shall i enable "Optimise for Compute Performance" on NVIDIA Control Panel? the description says: "this setting allows you to significantly improve performance of some compute applications. Note that this setting may have a negative impact on some graphics features such as Sparse Texture."

PC Specs are on the right.

In terms of gaming this will reduce performance. This is meant for compute applications that is why that feature is there.
